Chop echinacea flowers & stems into small pieces as water is heated to boiling in the kettle.
Place chopped echinacea in sieve over China Teapot or glass measuring pitcher & steep eTea flowers & stems for 40 minutes while mixture cools down. Cut citrus fruit and squeeze juice into cooled tea, adding 2 Tablespoons (or to taste) of honey to complete this re:energizing taste treat. It also can be made with dried citrus fruit and/or dried echinacea though it may vary in steeping time for optimum taste
